Co-Founder / CEO

At the helm of Adal Consulting, Gizem has an academic background with a PhD in management and degrees from Galatasaray University (Turkey) and IAE Paris-Est Créteil (Master 2 and PhD). She oversees all aspects of the company, from research and strategy to finance and operations. Her sector expertise spans retail, packaging, and textiles. Trilingual, Gizem communicates fluently in English, French, and Turkish.

Mehmet  (Eng. MBA)

Co-Founder / Partner

Mehmet, an industrial engineer graduated from Galatasaray University, leads the operations and business development of Adal Consulting. With 15 years of experience in management and technology consulting and an Executive MBA in International Management (Paris Sorbonne Business School and PSL Paris Dauphine Universities), he has specialised expertise in the industrial and technology sectors. He speaks French, English, and Turkish.

Fréderic 

Partner

With over 25 years of experience, Frédéric has supported more than 350 B2B companies in addressing issues related to finding partners/clients/suppliers both internationally and in France. An expert in responsible innovation, he helps them identify promising products and markets, partner with committed suppliers, and create a sustainable business that aligns with climate challenges and planetary boundaries. Author of the book "Cit'Actions", he also shares his expertise through conferences and workshops. He speaks French, English, and Spanish.

Emre 

Partner

Graduated from Bilgi University in Istanbul, Emre is a political scientist with over 20 years of experience in business development consulting and investment management. His key skills include foreign trade, experience with semi-governmental organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and exporters' associations, investment management (acquisitions, initial public offerings, real estate operations), and event organisation (trade delegations, B2B events, participation in international fairs, country reports, etc.)

He is an expert in the textile and furniture sectors.

He speaks English, French, and Turkish.

Sahin  (Eng.)

Partner

Graduated from Istanbul University, Sahin is both a geological engineer and a political scientist. He has 25 years of experience in international companies, as well as significant entrepreneurial experience, particularly in the fields of environment, water, and energy. His technical expertise and knowledge of the Turkish market make him a valuable asset in supporting foreign companies in their projects. Sahin speaks English, Turkish, and Arabic.

He is an expert in the energy, construction, and climate sectors.
